What is the cost of living in Italy for students? Prices may vary from place to place. Generally, one could look forward to spend between € 250 to € 700 depending on the location. Rent for Accommodation: Shared room from € 120 to € 400, Non-Shared (Single room/1BHK Apartment) from € 200 to € 700. When you plan your stay, you will need to leave a security deposit for the apartment usually 2-3 months rent. Additional Expenses: Utilities - € 40 to €80 (Gas, Electricity, Water and Garbage), Internet - €20 (Shared by roomates/faltmates) Entertainment: Cinema tickets range from € 5 to €10.
